COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear 715-10-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carrier products, including obsoleted and phased-out Caldon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Btu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carrier such as the 62B0007N01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PWA202B16G04 manufactured by Caldon and we are pleased to be able to service most Caldon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5181848 by Manufacturer Btu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brandless Brand S5V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlen-Controls such as CC3820RD25 equipment made by Carlen-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlen-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlen-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available rcl94V02 made by Cerebus as well as the popular CH063G original spares produced by Ch-air Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XTWL04483 by Caloritech and CC3820RD25 spares by Carlen-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 90083021320532 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bray-Controls. |
